NONPROFIT EVENT REGISTRATION

• If you're a local organization interested in attending our community meet and volunteer event, please fill out the form to reserve your space.

• There is NO COST to organizations.

• Approved organizations will be contacted and receive a confirmation email.  

• The Share The Sunshine event is Friday, November 18, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  

• Location is at Solarponics, 4700 El Camino Real, Atascadero, CA 93422. Please pull up to the curb, and an attendant will help you unpoad. Vendor parking is located at Lutheran Church, 4500 El Camino Real, two driveways north of Solarponics.

• Set up is from 10:00AM to 11:00 AM. Please be set up by 11:00 AM.

Tear down is at 1:00 PM. Open to the public from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Please do not break down until 1:00 PM

• Solarponics will have volunteers on hand to assist with loading and unloading, set up, and breakdown.

• You are asked to bring a 10x10 or smaller pop-up tent and table. Electricity can be provided if needed. Please also bring material about your organization.

• This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Please plan accordingly. 

• You may accept donations at this event from attendees, as appropriate.

• Please plan on having at least ONE person in attendance the entire time. Be prepared to gather volunteer info from attendees, such as name, phone, and email address.
